Delivery time depends on which products you order. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically delivered within 2-6 business days.

Unfortunately, it is not always possible to change or cancel an order as our printing process is fully automated. Changes can cause significant delays to all orders. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance that we will be able to take action – but unfortunately we cannot guarantee this.

Yes, as soon as your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you have not received anything from us within a few business days, we recommend that you contact us so we can help you locate your package.

If your item is damaged upon receipt or you have received the wrong item, please contact our customer service via the contact form. Remember to attach pictures as documentation - this helps us, especially if we need to seek compensation from the shipping company.

You can pay with Visa and Mastercard as well as MobilePay. We also offer payment via EAN number, ViaBill and PayPal.

Shipping is free on orders over €99. For orders under €99, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Please note that frames in the sizes 70x100 cm and 100x140 cm are excluded from free shipping, regardless of order total.
